<\/p>

1.<\/strong>\u2060<\/strong> \u2060<\/strong>Introductory Provisions<\/strong><\/p>

1.1 These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between the service provider, Mgr. Julie Hony\u0161ov\u00e1, ID No.: 65239202, V h\u00e1ji 32\/1068, Prague 7, 170 00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), and clients using online or in-person Japanese lessons (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). <\/p>

1.2 The Provider offers Japanese lessons in the form of individual lessons, either online via video calls or in the form of in-person meetings.<\/p>

1.3 These Terms are valid and effective as of [date to be added] and are binding on all Clients who sign up for lessons.<\/p>


2. <\/span>Ordering and booking lessons<\/strong><\/p>

2.1 The Client may order lessons or courses via the web interface www.japonstinasradosti.cz, by phone, e-mail or other means as agreed with the Provider.<\/p>

2.2 Lesson bookings are valid only after confirmation by the Provider and after payment of the relevant amount.<\/p>

<\/p>

3. Prices, invoicing and payment terms<\/strong><\/p>

3.1 Current prices for individual lessons and courses are listed on the website www.japonstinasradosti.cz. The Provider reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed. <\/p>

3.2 Invoicing \u2013 first month of cooperation:<\/p>

For the first month of lessons, an invoice is issued before the start of the joint lessons. Lessons begin only after payment of this first invoice. <\/p>

If the Client does not use all the hours paid for during the first month, or if lessons are postponed or cancelled by the Client, or if the parties do not agree on lesson dates, the unused lessons remain valid for the following two months.<\/p>

After this period, any remaining unused lessons will be forfeited without refund.<\/p>

3.3 Invoicing after the first month:<\/p>

From the second month of cooperation, lessons are invoiced retroactively according to the lessons actually attended.<\/p>

3.4 Payment must be made within the due date stated on the invoice. The Client may pay by bank transfer or other means agreed in advance with the Provider. <\/p>

3.5 In the event of non-payment of the lesson by the due date, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the booking.<\/p>

<\/p>

4.<\/strong>\u2060<\/strong> \u2060<\/strong>Cancellation Policy and Lesson Changes<\/strong><\/p>

4.1 The Client may cancel an individual lesson no later than 24 hours before its start without a cancellation fee. If the lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, it will be charged in full unless the Provider and the Client agree otherwise. Exceptions may only be granted in exceptional and unforeseeable situations, such as sudden illness of the Client or his\/her child. <\/p>

4.2 If the Client is unable to join the lesson on time or come to the in-person lesson, he\/she is obliged to inform the Provider in advance.<\/p>

In such a case, the duration of the lesson will be shortened by the time the Client missed.<\/p>

If the Client does not join within 15 minutes of the start of the lesson and has not informed of his\/her absence in advance, the lesson is considered cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and will be charged in full.<\/p>

4.3 The Provider reserves the right to change the dates of lessons or courses in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The Client will be informed of the change as soon as possible and offered the possibility of a replacement date or a refund. <\/p>

<\/p>

5.<\/strong>\u2060<\/strong> \u2060<\/strong>Rights and Obligations of the Client<\/strong><\/p>

5.1 The Client is obliged to prepare for the lesson and join the online lesson \/ arrive at the in-person lesson on time.<\/p>

5.2 The Client shall ensure his\/her own technical equipment and internet connection necessary to participate in the online lesson. The Provider is not responsible for technical problems on the Client’s side (e.g. non-functional camera, microphone, weak connection, etc.). <\/p>

5.3 The Client may not record, share or otherwise provide lessons to third parties without the prior written consent of the Provider.<\/p>

<\/p>

6.<\/strong>\u2060<\/strong> \u2060<\/strong>Rights and Obligations of the Provider<\/strong><\/p>

6.1 The Provider undertakes to provide expert guidance in the teaching of Japanese, in accordance with the agreed plan, goals and level of the Client.<\/p>

6.2 The Provider is not responsible for the Client’s lack of progress, unless it is caused by a breach of the Provider’s obligations. The results of the study depend primarily on regular attendance, homework and active involvement of the Client. <\/p>

<\/p>

7.<\/strong>\u2060<\/strong> \u2060<\/strong>Personal Data Protection (GDPR)<\/strong><\/p>

7.1 The controller of personal data is Mgr. Julie Hony\u0161ov\u00e1, ID No.: 65239202, V h\u00e1ji 32\/1068, Prague 7, 170 00, e-mail: julhonysova@volny.cz<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”). <\/p>

7.2 The Controller processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure it.<\/p>

7.3 Clients’ personal data are processed for the purposes of providing Japanese lessons, keeping records of lessons, invoicing, accounting and fulfilling legal obligations. Where necessary, data may be transferred to third parties, in particular IT service providers or accountants, always only to the extent necessary for the provision of these services. <\/p>
